Stress levels in students are at an all time high and teacher burn-out is real. Even with social media at our fingertips, in many ways we are feeling more disconnected than ever before. The Yoga Counselor creates programs guided by social-emotional learning standards and evidence-based research supporting the health benefits of yoga and mindfulness programs, some of which are listed below:

Guided by research and supported by partners in education, we develop intentional programs for students and educators interested in exploring self-care and mindfulness techniques in and outside of the classroom.
The more we show up for ourselves, the more we can show up for others. The Yoga Counselor facilitates transformational experiences that inspire young people and educators to prioritize self-care and reflect on the questions: Who am I? What is my unique path and purpose? How can I be of service?
