This often leads to tilting the head downward and rounding the shoulders, causing "tech neck" and other alignment issues that can result in discomfort, stiffness, and chronic pain. Prolonged periods in these positions can lead to further complications in the future.
This 90-minute workshop focuses on postures that alleviate stress on the head, neck, and shoulders, while also addressing the spine, hips, and hands. Participants will hold most postures for several minutes, with gentle movements in between to enhance flexibility and reduce tension.
