Mission
The Yoga Counselor facilitates a variety of programs and creates experiences that encourage educators and students to connect their mind, body and heart. All of the programs offered align with social-emotional learning standards and integrate yoga, breath work, mindfulness activities, and counseling practices for self-care and the classroom. Whether it be individual classes, group workshops, professional development seminars, comprehensive college and career counseling, or self-care retreats, The Yoga Counselor creates and holds space for educators and young people to rejuvenate and become more inspired to move consciously and confidently on their unique paths.
